Bogdan Ghera is the founder of Ghera Lawyers and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2013. He works with entrepreneurs, companies and investors on corporate matters, commercial contracts, transactions, financings and real estate projects.

Experience

He began his career in the corporate and M&A practices of top-tier Romanian law firms.

He then spent almost five years at UiPath as in-house counsel in corporate and M&A, as part of the legal team that supported the company through its Series C to F funding rounds, a series of multi-million acquisitions and its 2021 New York Stock Exchange listing, coordinating legal work on the company’s international expansion across more than 40 entities.

As General Counsel of a reputable technology company, he led the legal function and took on senior operational responsibilities as part of the management team, including the company’s acquisitions: an electronic money institution licensed and supervised by the National Bank of Romania, a demanding regulatory process, and a digital asset company supervised by the Bank of Portugal.
